Professional Consultants Certificates (PCC’s) were created by the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML), now UK Finance, in the Early 2000’s.
In the early days PCC’s were administered by individuals of firms of architects, surveyors or engineers as an extension to their existing projects. With PCCs being a valuable compliance product, there was no one dedicated company specialising solely in the delivery of PCC’s. Thus, in 2012, PC Certificates were founded.
PC Certificates created the UK’s first dedicated portal for the delivery of PCC’s. With an online instantaneous quotation system, case management portal, and fast turnaround times, we were doing a decade ago what many consider standard now.
